The Tasmanian Association of Pinball Players (TAPP) is a community-driven initiative dedicated to promoting pinball across Tasmania. At TAPP, our passion for pinball goes beyond just playing; we’re committed to fostering a vibrant community where players of all levels can come together, compete, and grow.

We’re mixing things up for our next event.
First up, note the earlier start time. This one kicks off at 4pm on Saturday, so a bit earlier than our usual weekday evenings. Make sure you plan ahead and get there on time so you don’t miss qualifying.
We’re running Best Game qualifying. That means you’ll play every machine individually, and your highest score on each game will count toward your overall ranking. After qualifying, we’ll split into two divisions for finals, so there’s plenty of chances to win prizes.
Finals will be a group elimination bracket, which we haven’t run before. Players will compete in groups of four, with the bottom two eliminated each round. Survive and advance until we’re down to the final four players. From there, it’s winner takes all.
All skill levels and experience are welcome as always. Whether you’re chasing leaderboard points or just getting started, come along and jump in!

Our 2026 season is officially underway after a fantastic Flip Frenzy at Replay Bar. With a strong turnout, plenty of new faces, and some tight competition across the night, it was the perfect way to launch this year’s leaderboard race. A big thank you to Replay Bar for hosting and to all the players who brought the energy and made it such a great start to the season.

Our meetups are all about having fun, improving your skills, and being part of a welcoming community. Whether you’re aiming to compete in tournaments or just want to enjoy a casual game, TAPP is the place for you.
We warmly welcome players of all skill levels and experiences. New to pinball or stepping into competition for the first time? You’re in good company. Join us, and we’ll ensure you’re well-guided, informed, and comfortable. TAPP is all about bringing people together through the joy of pinball, making every meetup a chance to learn something new and meet fellow enthusiasts.
